Why Does PDFelement Stop Unexpectedly?
If PDFelement stops unexpectedly often when you use it , we would suggest you to reinstall the latest version software via "Try PDFelement" or "Downlow" button in the webiste to try again.
If it still exists, please provide the crash log file for further analysis. In order to get the log file, please open any folder on your computer, then copy & paste the following address:
C:\Program
files(x86)\Wondershare>PDFelement Pro>Log
in the address bar, it will lead you to the log file. And please attach the latest version .log file in the email to send to us for analysis. We will come back to you after getting the result.
