What To Do when I Fail to Register?

Firstly, please make sure you have installed the correct program that you purchased. If the name of the program that you try is different from the name of the program that you purchased, then please check which one is the correct program that you want. You can reinstall the correct program that you purchased from the registration email that you received, then use your received registration code to register for a try again.

Secondly, Windows version program and Mac version program have different registration codes, so if the code you get is for Windows version, then it cannot be used to register the Mac version and vice versa.

Thirdly, please copy and paste your email address and registration code to register instead of typing them manually to avoid the typos. And make sure there is no blank space neither in front of nor at the end of the email address and code.
