Where to Find the License Email to Get Free License for PDFelement 8?
1. To check your eligibility for upgrading to PDFelement 8, please enter the original registration e-mail of your product PDFelement 7, PDFelement 6 or PDFelement 5 on our Upgrade Page and follow the instructions to install PDFelement 8 and activate it. You can also refer to this FAQ about how to activate PDFelement 8.
2. If you have forgotten your original registration email, you can open PDFelement 7, PDFelement 6 or PDFelement 5 on your computer, click the "Help" > "License Information" button to open the registration window, and copy your registration email address to the Upgrade Page to get free license.
3. You can also use your order number of PDFelement 5 or 6 to find your original registration email via Retrieve Registration Code page, then enter it on the above Upgrade Page to get free license for PDFelement 7.
